Material Solution and IP Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible

What you will do

• Research and analyse spares planning and logistics data to support Initial Provisioning, Customized Spares Logistics, and Customized Lead-Time contracts.
• Define and optimize Initial Provisioning and Recommended Spare Parts Lists.
• Calculate and consolidate cost bases and prepare bidding dossiers.
• Develop customized spare parts lists using aircraft configuration systems and customer requirements.
• Represent hirify.global Defence and Space before customers during Initial Provisioning activities.
• Generate and continuously improve material solution documentation, data, and assumptions for spares modelling.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in MRO, design, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Adaptability to new topics, new business areas, and network-based collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with spares dimensioning tools.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Defence and Space products.
