What you will do

• Support the development, optimization, and implementation of production systems and processes.
• Collect and analyze data to support operational decision-making and performance improvement.
• Support projects from initial planning through execution and alignment with business goals.
• Track and report key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain and production activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and demonstrate an innovative mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and motivation to grow in a dynamic environment.
