Software Developer (JavaScript)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States — hybrid schedule

What you will do

• Enhance and maintain a NetSuite application built predominantly with JavaScript and SuiteScript.
• Write server-side application logic and integrate the application with other web services.
• Translate requirements into usable, reusable, and extendable product features.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews with the product team and other departments.
• Collaborate with QA to validate changes and help write WebDriver test suites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of professional JavaScript experience, including frameworks such as Node.js.
• 6+ years of application development experience using object-oriented programming.
• Experience consuming Web APIs and designing and implementing single-page applications.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must work according to the hybrid schedule in Jacksonville, Florida, United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution methodologies.
• Experience with NetSuite, SuiteScript, or Knockout.
