Financial Analyst Sr

Location: Hybrid role in Toronto, Canada, with office attendance 2–3 days per week. The role will move from 483 Bay Street in Toronto to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in approximately late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Hourly compensation: CAD 41.00–62.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned business areas.
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to produce accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts aligned with sales projections and Finance and Business leadership expectations.
• Build and maintain financial models, perform sensitivity analysis, and prepare insights for executive audiences.
• Automate and improve reporting and analysis using PowerBI and similar tools.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Analytics, Legal, HR, Information Systems, and business leaders on strategic projects and operational improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role within a Finance department.
• Ability to create complex financial models and sensitivity analyses.
• Strong financial and business insight, with the ability to translate financial concepts into business terminology.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Current authorization to work in Canada and availability for the hybrid Toronto/Mississauga office schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerBI, KNIME, or similar tools.
• CPA designation or MBA.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience with the month-end accounting cycle.
