What you will do

• Supervise and support a growing team of psychologists and master’s level providers to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Foster a clinical culture that prioritizes empathy, transparency, and accountability.
• Collaborate with operations to align clinician schedules and optimize patient availability.
• Lead process improvements to enhance clinical workflows, patient experience, and NPS benchmarks.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and facilitate group therapy sessions for parents and caregivers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with an active California license.
• 7+ years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health.
• 3+ years of experience managing clinical teams, including scheduling and quality oversight.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master’s-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Proven track record in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based treatment.
• Ability to work in a remote environment with optional in-person days in the Bay Area, CA.
