Annual base salary: $133,000–$148,000, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

  • Lead behavioral health performance improvement activities, track trends and incidents, and conduct root cause analyses.
  • Drive continuous survey readiness, mock surveys, tracer methodology, and implementation of regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Conduct clinical chart audits covering assessments, treatment plans, medical necessity, discharge planning, and documentation risks.
  • Track quality metrics, support OPPE and FPPE processes, and develop dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Educate staff on documentation, risk assessment, incident reporting, and quality improvement processes.
  • Coordinate quality improvement committees, investigations, corrective actions, clinical audits, and resolution of quality-of-care complaints.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health clinical track, such as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, MSW, LMFT, Ph.D., or Psy.D.
  • Current unrestricted license to practice within the United States.
  • At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health, quality improvement, or compliance, including chart audits, incident reviews, and regulatory surveys.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health workflows, clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and patient confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of PDSA, Lean, or Six Sigma performance improvement methodologies.
  • Data analysis, multidisciplinary collaboration, and practice-change leadership skills.
