Accounts Payable Specialist (Manufacturing)

Annual base salary: $61,396–$84,419, plus equity.

What you will do

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and perform General Ledger coding and validation.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and supplier records.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and collaborate with internal stakeholders on purchase order and receipt discrepancies.
• Execute Accounts Payable controls and payment processes, including ACH, wire, and check payments.
• Support month-end close, audits, special projects, and process improvement or automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of invoice validation, vendor reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and vendor inquiries.
• Experience supporting accounting operations across multiple business units.
• Familiarity with ACH, wire, and check payment processing and vendor payment schedules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
