Accounts Receivable Specialist (Construction)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Generate accurate invoices according to contractual requirements.
• Prepare lien waivers and supporting billing documentation.
• Verify that customers pay invoices in full and maintain detailed payment records.
• Manage financial documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
• Use third-party invoicing platforms and collaborate with project management teams to resolve billing issues.
• Manage multiple priorities while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, 1–3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
