Production Supervisor (Second Shift)

Location: On-site in Duncan, South Carolina, United States; second shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.

What you will do

• Lead safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations for the assigned area.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and predictable operational performance.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage the performance of manufacturing associates.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, standard work, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
• Execute daily production schedules and achieve On-Time Delivery targets.
• Monitor Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance through operational KPIs.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least three years of manufacturing supervisory experience, including operations, supply chain, planning, receiving, shipping, and material flow.
• Experience leading high-performance teams in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in a regulated environment such as ISO or FDA is preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and focus teams on critical objectives.
