Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Minneota, Minnesota, United States; onsite plant operations

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 annually, dependent on experience. Annual performance bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate plant manufacturing or multiple department operations against cost, profit, productivity, quality, and efficiency objectives.
• Develop production schedules, business plans, staffing plans, and inventory forecasts.
• Supervise employees and lead operators, provide training and coaching, evaluate performance, and initiate corrective action.
• Monitor workflow, output, cut yields, scrap, expenses, inventory, packaging, and work-center efficiency.
• Coordinate machinery maintenance, supply purchasing, purchase orders, timecards, incentives, reports, and month-end inventory activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, OSHA requirements, and federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent preferred.
• At least two years of experience as a production supervisor or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage manufacturing operations, personnel, inventory, equipment, quality, and safety requirements.
