Production Supervisor - Internal Logistics (Manufacturing)

Salary: $62,900–$116,900 per year, with potential eligibility for additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead, train, direct, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for Market Team employees.
• Manage daily material flow, including product put-away, parts picking, production line servicing, and movement of materials throughout the plant.
• Use communication boards and visual management tools to set priorities, identify issues, and maintain operational flow.
• Drive waste reduction through Lean methodology, improved replenishment routes, reduced handling, and stronger standard work.
• Maintain a clean and safe material-handling environment and support safety programs.
• Support new process and product introductions and develop improvement projects focused on material movement, picking accuracy, put-away efficiency, and line-service reliability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of Lean manufacturing experience preferred, with the ability to explain and apply Lean concepts and methodologies.
• Work is based at the Anoka, Minnesota, United States location.
