Production Supervisor - Internal Logistics

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite manufacturing plant role

Salary: $62,900–$116,900 annually, with potential eligibility for annual incentives

What you will do

• Lead, train, direct, mentor, and review Market Team employees supporting put-away, parts picking, line servicing, and material movement.
• Manage daily material flow to maintain ihirify.globalory accuracy, correct picking, timely production-line service, and efficient movement throughout the plant.
• Use communication boards and visual management tools to communicate priorities, identify issues, and maintain operational flow.
• Drive waste reduction through Lean methods, improved replenishment routes, reduced handling, and stronger standard work.
• Maintain a clean and safe material-handling environment and support safety programs.
• Submit weekly payroll hours, support new process and product introductions, and develop improvement projects for material movement and line-service reliability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ideally 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Manufacturing leadership experience is preferred.
• Ideally 2+ years of Lean manufacturing experience with the ability to explain and apply Lean concepts and methodologies.
• Ability to support onsite operations in Anoka, Minnesota.
