Field Service Technician II (Medtech)

What you will do

• Move, inspect, load, unload, and maneuver medical products in service centers, healthcare facilities, private homes, and company vehicles.
• Clean, disinfect, troubleshoot, evaluate, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hirify.global and non-hirify.global products.
• Provide on-call delivery, removal, and service support up to 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
• Enter and retrieve service information using smartphones, tablets, or PCs.
• Demonstrate product operation to hospital staff, caregivers, and other users.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, follow 5S practices, use required PPE, and safely operate vehicles up to 26,000 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds and follow safety and ergonomic procedures.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
