Loan Documentation Analyst

What you will do

• Review legal and administrative documentation for new, renewed, increased, and existing loans to confirm alignment with approved loan structures.
• Identify documentation deficiencies, determine required waiver actions before funding, and monitor remediation throughout the loan term.
• Review trailing documentation to ensure proper execution and recording where applicable.
• Report documentation deficiency status to account officers and management using loan documentation systems.
• Work with legal and account officers to clarify unfamiliar or questionable documentation.
• Audit selected loan files, prepare summary reports, and recommend procedures and controls to protect documentation and customer information.

Requirements

• Knowledge of personal and commercial loan documentation.
• Experience with commercial banking systems and extracting information for analysis.
• Analytical and computer skills for reviewing documentation, identifying deficiencies, preparing reports, and working with databases.
• At least 2 years of loan documentation or related experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
