Industrial Maintenance Technician (PLC)

Location: Onsite in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, United States. First shift: 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays.

Hourly compensation: $25.00–$28.75 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance support for process machinery.
• Diagnose and repair machinery, equipment, controls, production systems, and power supplies.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, thermal scans, and vibration analysis.
• Maintain and repair DC servo motors, CNC controls, Fanuc robots, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatic motors, and electric motors.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, circuits, sensors, relays, switches, and control systems.
• Track production downtime, identify root causes with Engineering, and support a safe workplace and product compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least four years of experience diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical theory, schematics, controls, HMIs, PLCs, motors, servos, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to use tools, instrumentation, and power tools to repair and maintain production equipment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Technology.
• SAP experience.
