Business Analyst – Shipping & Transportation (SAP)

Location: Camden, New Jersey, United States; primary location at Camden World Headquarters. Full-time role with 15% travel for project work, training, or related activities.

Salary: $95,000–$130,700 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, design, and implement transportation and logistics projects involving third-party logistics providers.
• Define functional and business requirements for integrating third-party TMS providers and 3PL warehousing and transportation partners into the global SAP environment.
• Deliver solutions and process improvements for corporate transportation and logistics initiatives using industry best practices.
• Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and propose technical solutions with IT partners.
• Develop testing plans, participate in application testing and test automation, and assist with training and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers, supply chain business partners, cross-functional IT teams, and logistics providers across simultaneous enterprise-wide projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of business or IT experience, including 3–5 years of SAP functional or technical experience in Sales and Distribution.
• Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution and Logistics Execution modules.
• Experience with EDI transaction sets and integration of third-party logistics providers.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and strong process improvement, analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer technology, information systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, facilitate meetings, influence stakeholders, and translate business requirements into IT functional designs and solutions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HPALM, Azure DevOps, Databricks, and ServiceNow.
• Consumer packaged goods experience.
