Operations Team Lead

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate teams and activities for an assigned shift.
• Back up the Operations Supervisor when needed and provide feedback on team member performance.
• Assign resources and review staffing to meet safety, quality, customer service, and cost objectives.
• Ensure employees understand job instructions, safety requirements, and quality guidelines.
• Identify, document, and develop solutions for workflow problems.
• Maintain schedules and operational tracking for customer demand, reports, and spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems for daily operations, reporting, and workflow execution.
• Prior Team Lead or Acting Supervisor experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Working knowledge of inbound, outbound, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Experience applying SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Experience operating or overseeing forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and conveyor systems.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently, team-lift up to 250 lbs occasionally, and work overtime as needed.
