Loan Support Analyst - Midland (Commercial Real Estate)

What you will do

• Service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements and apply loan terms to servicing activities.
• Process loan payments, escrows, reserve disbursements, tax and insurance administration, and delinquent-account collections.
• Prepare investor, internal, and regulatory reports and perform covenant compliance testing.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records and support new-loan onboarding and loan transfers or payoffs.
• Review reports, resolve exceptions, communicate with internal and external parties, and support risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience, or relevant product knowledge.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, compliance requirements, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and capital management.
• Strong analytical thinking, financial analysis, decision-making, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in-office in the Overland Park, Kansas location.
