Payment Analyst (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end investigator and site payment processes for assigned clinical studies.
• Calculate payments, create and manage purchase orders, and submit payment requests according to study agreements.
• Track communications, approvals, metrics, reconciliations, and required actions across payment systems.
• Coordinate with Contract & Centralized Services, GCO teams, business partners, and clinical trial sites.
• Support payment process improvements, system rollouts, data quality checks, and technical issue resolution.
• Maintain audit readiness and compliance with applicable requirements, including data privacy guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, Polish, and Dutch is required.
• Preferred 1–3 years of experience or equivalent competencies in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research.
• Clinical payment processing experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and virtual teams with oversight from a Payment Lead.
