Personal Financial Counselor - Poland (on-site)

Location: On-site in Boleslawiec, Poland

Salary: $58,440–$93,500 per year, plus potential short-term incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to military service members and their families.
• Help service members establish spending plans for extended absences and deployment-related periods.
• Develop and distribute financial education materials.
• Coordinate and deliver personal financial management classes, workshops, briefings, and seminars.
• Provide approved virtual counseling and secure electronic communication when authorized.
• Manage duty-to-warn situations, coordinate with installation Points of Contact, and participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an associate degree plus four years of experience or a high school diploma plus six years of experience may be considered instead.
• At least three years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent English are required.
• Ability to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation and pass the Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for Organizational Conflicts of Interest process.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• One of the following certifications required: Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
