Payments Analyst

Location: Kraków, Poland

Salary: 95,000–138,600 PLN base salary annually, with potential additional bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own bi-weekly payments to hirify.global partners.
• Calculate, accrue, pay out, and account for partner incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and SOX controls.
• Work with Channel programs, sales, Revenue Accounting, Corporate Accounting, and external auditors to resolve partner payment queries.
• Drive consistency, apply best practices, and support benchmarking across geographies.
• Contribute to global process automation and system implementation projects across time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting.
• At least 2 years of financial, operational, or administrative support experience in a high-tech sales organization.
• Strong accounting background, analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage tight deadlines, and collaborate across global teams and time zones.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Self-starter mentality, professionalism, ambition, and an ability to learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Accounting experience at a software company.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or Business Objects.
• Experience with compensation or incentive management and information systems.
