Generalist (Healthtech)

Location: On-site five days a week in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate, with local work authorisation required.

Salary: €70,000–€100,000 gross annually, with the upper end depending on seniority. A meaningful equity component is included.

What you will do

• Work directly with the founder on high-priority commercial, operational, and product problems.
• Own workstreams end to end, from first-principles thinking to shipped and measurable outcomes.
• Build and adapt structure and processes as the company grows.
• Use AI tools and automation in daily workflows and implementations.
• Make fast decisions with incomplete information and course-correct quickly.

Requirements

• Exceptional track record, with demonstrated results more important than title or pedigree.
• Experience building or shipping solutions from concept to delivery in resource-constrained or early-stage environments.
• Ability to execute at high velocity and deliver on compressed timelines.
• Experience working directly with founders or senior executives in a strategic, operational, or advisory capacity.
• Hands-on experience with AI automation tools, workflows, or implementation.
• Fluent written and spoken German is required; local work authorisation is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
