What you will do

• Implement and operate hirify.global eDiscovery applications and LegalTech platforms.
• Investigate operational, data-processing, technical, and functional issues.
• Design client-focused solutions and translate technical complexity into clear recommendations.
• Support reliable, up-to-date enterprise implementations and troubleshoot client environments.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
• Own delivery, mentor colleagues, and influence best practices across projects.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering and operating complex enterprise IT systems, implementations, or IT support.
• Experience with tools such as Ansible, Camunda, Terraform, Jenkins, Groovy, or PowerShell.
• Client-facing consulting skills and the ability to understand business processes and technical environments.
• Business-fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Self-directed approach, accountability, problem-solving ability, and confidence mentoring others.
