Internship: Strategy & Operations Associate (m/f/x)

What you will do

• Identify flaws in operational processes and implement pragmatic improvements.
• Drive initiatives across Operations, Product, and Commercial teams and own outcomes end to end.
• Define KPIs, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitive research on pricing, positioning, expansion, and product gaps.
• Support quarterly planning and performance management by translating strategic goals into trackable operational milestones.
• Define and solve open-ended problems in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university and a top student in the field.
• Builder mentality, strong ownership, self-direction, and commitment to excellence.
• AI-native approach with practical use of Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent tools.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Previous experience in consulting, strategy, technology, or another fast-paced environment is advantageous.
