Demo Specialist, LATAM - Portuguese

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States — hybrid, with office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, plus additional days as required.

What you will do

• Deliver online demonstrations of the hirify.global product portfolio.
• Engage with prospects in early evaluation stages and manage sales cycles through product assessment.
• Analyze customer needs and present solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Communicate proactively, overcome objections, build business cases, and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate revenue reports and detailed client information in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Represent hirify.global at trade events and attend client meetings for training and onboarding.

Requirements

• Consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong professional communication, active listening, business acumen, and client credibility-building skills.
• Ability to deliver meaningful product demonstrations to business users and technical audiences.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Professional fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
