Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Mid-Market B2B SaaS

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Phoenix Metro Area), United States; on-site

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000+ expected first-year earnings, plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Engage key decision makers, often at C-suite level, to introduce the software.
• Book appointments for Account Executives through phone, email, and video.
• Conduct fact-finding and qualify sales appointments.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly individual and team targets.
• Develop sales skills and contribute to personal and professional growth.

Requirements

• No prior sales or software experience required.
• Competitive spirit, confidence, tenacity, and drive to succeed.
• Coachable mindset, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude.
• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, Monday–Friday.
