Senior Global Partner Manager (REMOTE US)

Location: Remote within the United States

Compensation: $131,800–$244,700 USD for Zone 4 through $181,800–$337,500 USD for Zone 1; total target compensation includes base pay and performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Define and own the global enterprise partner marketing strategy for the Data & AI Security portfolio.
• Build a global partner go-to-market playbook covering to-partner, through-partner, and with-partner motions.
• Define the ideal enterprise partner profile and develop partner growth strategies with regional channel, sales, and partner teams.
• Lead partner marketing for product launches through enablement paths, campaign kits, sales plays, launch toolkits, and adoption tracking.
• Create partner messaging and enablement assets, including playbooks, pitch decks, webinars, and executive conversation materials.
• Develop integrated partner campaigns, account-based marketing motions, KPIs, dashboards, and performance recommendations.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in partner, channel, alliance marketing, or enterprise go-to-market roles.
• Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise software.
• Experience building or transforming partner go-to-market motions in new or emerging categories.
• Strong understanding of VAR, SI, GSI, MSP, MSSP, cloud provider, and technology alliance ecosystems.
• Experience developing global strategies and translating them into scalable regional execution plans.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
