Manager, Data Analytics

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 805 Respect

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify operational opportunities and translate business questions into analytics.
• Conduct exploratory analyses, root cause investigations, and performance deep dives to improve customer experience and operational excellence.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, visualizations, and data stories covering performance, trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify appropriate data sources, validate data quality, and support data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and measure business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in mathematical or statistical research, analysis, and modeling, or 4 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and analytical programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong root cause analysis, statistical analysis, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Understanding of data management, data quality, and governance principles.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience with business analysis and reporting.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with statistical modeling software.
