Manager Data and Analytics

Location: Columbus, Ohio; hybrid schedule with three days on location. Relocation assistance is provided. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $133,400–$200,100 per year, plus a 15% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a technical analytics team while building team capabilities and career plans.
• Manage technical resources, team capacity, analytics priorities, and new initiatives within an Agile delivery model.
• Build accurate, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and governed analytics solutions.
• Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to deliver analytics for marketing, products and services, digital channels, Voice of the Customer, and contact centers.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations and measurable customer or business outcomes.
• Establish reusable standards, strengthen governance and quality, and contribute to platforms, architecture, data quality, and technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in data and analytics, including data analysis, business intelligence, data science, data engineering, or data governance.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with analytics technologies such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or data governance tools.
• At least 2 years of experience leading people, technical teams, projects, or analytics delivery.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Advanced analytics development and support experience.
• Data governance implementation experience.
• Experience across multiple data or analytics domains and with Agile delivery models.
• Customer analytics experience in call centers, digital channels, marketing, products and services, or Voice of the Customer.
• Experience in utilities or another regulated industry.
