Maint. Tech (Manufacturing)

Location: Minneota, MN, United States; on-site role

Hourly pay: $17–$21 per hour, with the range potentially adjusted based on cost of living.

What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance assigned by a supervisor.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery using hand and power tools.
• Apply safe operating practices, including OSHA requirements and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Read basic machine schematics and troubleshoot equipment with limited guidance.
• Organize parts and materials and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with supervisors, team members, and other departments on maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of industrial equipment maintenance and repair experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to safely use hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, presses, cordless drills, clamps, and small tools.
• Ability to lift, move, push, pull, carry, and manipulate materials weighing up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds unaccompanied.
• Strong organization, communication, troubleshooting, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
