Location: Wyoming, Minnesota, USA; hybrid work arrangement with approximately 10% travel
Starting pay: $67,000–$88,000 per year

What you will do
- Place purchase orders for new externally sourced parts based on MRP schedules.
- Manage material planning across multiple vehicle development projects and report material status to program leaders.
- Track pilot-build metrics and facilitate readiness meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate supplier transportation and shipping schedules while managing logistics costs.
- Attend plant pilot builds, resolve parts issues, and communicate shortage risks to materials and sourcing teams.
- Transition materials management to Production Planning after production release, while coaching others and improving processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or operations preferred.
- At least two years of relevant experience in materials, planning, logistics, or sourcing.
- Strong understanding of material requirements planning and Bill of Materials structures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, conflict-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and intercultural communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; knowledge of international trade compliance rules and practices.
