Language Services Project Manager

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid for Sofia-based employees and fully remote opportunities for colleagues outside Sofia

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end voice-over requests for TV and radio, as well as translation and transcreation projects.
• Assess briefs, collect reference materials, prepare quotes, plan schedules, and coordinate project delivery.
• Source, negotiate with, and monitor translators, transcreators, writers, voice-over talent, and other suppliers.
• Coordinate post-production, client service, agency, and client stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and effective messaging.
• Improve voice-over and language production processes while meeting deadlines and margin targets.
• Prepare translation files and copy decks, maintain glossaries and playbooks, and manage copy review and approval workflows.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written English skills; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
• Degree-level education and documented project management experience.
• Client-facing experience, strong computer literacy, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Previous use of CAT tools or industry-specific applications is beneficial, preferably Trados or Phrase.

• Experience managing media, sound, or video production projects.
• Experience in advertising production services or the language industry.
• Experience working with CAT tools, preferably Trados or Phrase.
