Transcreation Team Lead (Localization)

Location: London, UK. Hybrid working model with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Build client relationships and advise on language services, workflows, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Coordinate strategic reviews, presentations, reporting, workload visibility, and issue resolution.
• Manage and mentor STAM and TAM teams, including workload allocation, escalations, performance management, and training needs.
• Ensure language workflows and deliverables meet client quality and consistency expectations.
• Support estimating, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and identification of new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, Quality Management, Client Services, Production Teams, and other hirify.global teams.

Requirements

• Experience with translation, transcreation, machine translation, and cultural insight services.
• Strong client management, communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial experience with P&L, estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with TMS and CAT tools.
• End-to-end language project management experience from briefing through delivery.
• Team management experience in local and virtual environments.
