FP&A Finance Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Provide financial leadership and business partnering support to two commercial business units.
• Deliver short- and long-range forecasts, financial planning, and performance management.
• Develop business cases and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions and investment planning.
• Support long-term value creation and promote accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Advance finance capabilities through innovative technologies, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant experience in finance, business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance.
• Fluent Japanese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with commercial operations, portfolio management, forecasting, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Experience supporting senior commercial leaders in cross-functional organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
• Experience with data analytics, visualization tools, automation technologies, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Professional finance qualification such as CPA, CMA, ACA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent.
