Manager, Asia Region Supply Chain Finance (Supply Chain Finance)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; office-based. Frequent travel and extended hours may be required.

Annual base pay: ¥9,000,000–¥10,500,000, plus potential benefits and performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Act as the primary finance business partner for sourcing, logistics, distribution, and supply planning operations across Asia.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, long-range planning, and financial scenario modeling.
• Own regional supply chain reporting covering KPIs, productivity, logistics costs, inventory turns, OPEX, risks, opportunities, and capital efficiency.
• Support inventory, in-transit visibility, safety stock, purchase quantity, and working capital initiatives.
• Evaluate capital projects through financial modeling, ROI analysis, and post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with regional finance, global supply chain, procurement, operations, planning, and FP&A teams on process and finance transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably including 2 years in supply chain, operations, or strategic finance.
• Experience operating in a global matrix and influencing senior leaders across diverse Asian markets and cultures.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with strong proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Fluent English and the local language required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
