[Finance] Senior Finance Analyst [Heart Recovery]

What you will do

• Consolidate actuals, forecasts, and plans across Japan and Rest of APAC to provide a reliable regional view for APAC and Global leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across APAC markets.
• Prepare management reports and business review materials covering sales, gross profit, OPEX, headcount, and monthly P&L performance.
• Identify regional risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation actions, trade-offs, and resource reallocations.
• Support business cases, ROI analysis, pricing and commercial strategy discussions, and market or therapy expansion initiatives.
• Partner with commercial leaders, country finance teams, Marketing, Sales, Shared Service Center, and regional/global stakeholders on decision-making and financial close.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Business-level English proficiency required for communication across APAC and global stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business controlling, or finance business partnering.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, multi-country consolidation, performance management, and driver-based analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple markets, stakeholders, and deadlines in a matrix organization.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a multinational matrix environment.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, or other planning and reporting platforms.
• Additional APAC language capability.
