What you will do

• Manage inventory levels, conditions, turns, and inventory-to-sales ratios within established guidelines.
• Monitor inventory data, identify problems, and resolve overstock, understock, and aged inventory issues.
• Support purchasing programs, verify product availability and pricing, and track inbound purchase orders through on-time receipt.
• Resolve receiving claims and coordinate inventory management with other locations.
• Provide inventory and cost information to sales and communicate inventory concerns and market changes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in related areas.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and inventory management concepts.
• Familiarity with industry and company standard practices and procedures.
• Ability to organize large amounts of data and extract key information.
