Inventory Control Specialist

What you will do

• Develop and execute inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels.
• Oversee daily inventory operations and compliance across multiple locations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate inventory flow and forecasting with supply chain teams.
• Resolve escalated inventory issues and guide inventory-related problem solving.
• Manage audits, vendor and logistics relationships, cost-reduction initiatives, training programs, and inventory system projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of inventory management experience, including leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in inventory control systems and best practices.
• Advanced data analysis and inventory optimization skills.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
