What you will do

• Facilitate moderately complex to complex application projects from proposal through post-implementation.
• Meet with business clients and technology teams to clarify requirements, discuss application changes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate estimates and milestones, and manage project scope and documentation.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and scripts; coordinate or execute system testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Document data mapping for system integrations, conversions, acquisitions, and other enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Coordinate issue resolution, post-implementation feedback, project debriefs, and compliance with regulatory and technology standards.

Requirements

• At least five combined years of higher education and/or operational or business analytics experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, time management, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant project management, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to manage multiple moderately complex to complex projects and coordinate across applications and business units.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, present to all levels of management, and recommend and implement solutions.
• Ability to understand supported business areas, application frameworks, integrated applications, and relevant terminology.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Subject matter expertise in the supported business area and experience with the relevant application or system.
• Experience with bank acquisition methodology or relevant conversion projects.
• Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Experience coordinating system changes related to acquisitions, regulatory requirements, or major business initiatives.
