Natl. Products and Solutions Manager (Mortgage)

Location: In office in Los Angeles, Phoenix, or Jacksonville, United States

Salary: $175,745–$326,377 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead integrated product and channel solutions strategy for the national mortgage business.
• Own the mortgage product portfolio and lifecycle, including product positioning, planning, and performance.
• Develop product and channel roadmaps, customer journeys, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with technology, finance, sales, operations, portfolio management, and line-of-business leaders to enable solution delivery and growth.
• Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, competitors, feasibility, and financial outcomes to prioritize investments.
• Define and monitor product and channel KPIs while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience developing and executing integrated business transformation, business development, or product development programs in a scaled national business.
• Experience developing end-to-end strategies in financial services or another complex, highly regulated industry.
• Ability to influence large, complex business units and functions without always having direct control.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Reporting to a designated City National location is an essential function of the job.
