Principal Solutions Senior Manager, NA Value Added Services – Issuing Solutions (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office. Travel is expected 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $169,100–$270,800 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Support solution strategy for North America Value-Added Services, with a focus on Data Products such as hirify.global Analytics Platform.
• Use data-driven insights for client segmentation, opportunity sizing, prioritization, and market research.
• Support product roadmap development by collecting voice-of-customer feedback, prioritizing features, and translating sales and client requests into product requirements.
• Partner with Regional Sales and Go-To-Market teams on segmentation, market sizing, competitive analysis, pricing guidance, and solution commercialization.
• Help define client-centric solutions across design, implementation, and post-launch optimization, linking Data Products with other hirify.global product domains.
• Manage project activities, workstreams, milestones, and timelines while representing the customer perspective.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience or significant exposure to product management, including roadmaps, customer feedback, and feature prioritization.
• Ability to independently lead complex workstreams or small projects.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, financial, operational, and market-data skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, presentation, writing, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in payments, consulting, banking, or advisory services is preferred.
