Experience Owner (Financial Services)

Location: Vienna, Virginia, United States; hybrid schedule at 820 Follin Lane. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Salary: $127,200–$163,100 per year.

What you will do

• Help define and execute the vision, strategy, and priorities for NFFG digital products and experiences.
• Analyze product usage, member needs, market research, and empirical data to improve prioritization and retention.
• Manage backlog refinement and translate features into actionable user stories with cross-functional teams.
• Partner daily with developers, UX representatives, stakeholders, and external partners to launch high-quality product improvements.
• Develop business cases and models for new products, features, and experience changes.
• Present product direction to executive management and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with agile development and digital product management or ownership.
• Experience leading innovative solutions, managing business risks, and developing business or technology strategy.
• Experience in market or consumer research, project leadership, strategic planning, and product or experience data analysis.
• Knowledge of project, program, and product management processes and methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, negotiation, prioritization, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, strategy, or a related field.
• SIE, Series 7, Series 66, or Series 24 licenses.
• Background in investments, product management, technology, entrepreneurship, or credit union operations.
• Six Sigma certification, experience with third-party vendors, or experience optimizing digital experiences in financial services.
