Customer Service Representative II (Manufacturing)

Location: Corp-Main, Diamond Bar, California, United States; Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. The role may require travel to on-site customer meetings.

Salary: $24.59–$32.58 per hour

What you will do

• Provide first-level support for assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary buyer and broker contact.
• Troubleshoot order and delivery issues while coordinating with production planning, operations, transportation, and sales.
• Monitor finished-product inventory, identify imbalances and root causes, and maintain healthy in-stock levels.
• Manage orders against the supply plan, including rush-order needs and production allocation during supply constraints.
• Prepare customer scorecards, updates, presentations, assessments, and weekly reports on open orders, fines, and fees.
• Support new-customer startups, product launches, process improvements, and interdepartmental cross-training.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the field or a similar manufacturing environment.
• At least two years of experience in the position or a comparable role.
• High school diploma required; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work at the Diamond Bar, California location and travel to on-site customer meetings when requested.
• No foreign language, certification, or people/project management experience is required.
