What you will do
- Manage day-to-day performance for assigned strategic suppliers using scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, business reviews, and corrective actions.
- Manage supplier contracts across their lifecycle, including compliance, pricing, renewals, amendments, and service commitments.
- Support sourcing and tender activities, including RFPs, RFIs, supplier evaluations, and onboarding.
- Track supplier spend and commercial performance, including invoice validation, cost optimization, and financial reporting.
- Assess and mitigate operational, financial, cybersecurity, sustainability, and compliance risks.
- Support supplier-related business continuity planning and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Legal.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing supplier performance, scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, business reviews, and corrective action plans.
- Experience managing supplier contracts and monitoring compliance in partnership with Procurement and Legal.
- Experience supporting sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, and onboarding activities.
- Strong financial and commercial analysis skills, including spend tracking, budget monitoring, invoice validation, and cost optimization.
- Experience or exposure to supplier risk assessment across operational, financial, cybersecurity, sustainability, and compliance areas.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, reporting, dashboard creation, trend analysis, and data analysis skills.
