Project Manager (EHR implementation)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Tampa or Nashville; remote candidates will not be considered.

What you will do

• Manage the full implementation project life cycle from kickoff through completion and transition to support.
• Manage customer relationships and expectations through regular touchpoints, status briefings, and onsite meetings.
• Coordinate with customer staff and cross-functional departments throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Track timelines, provide status reports, and manage project plans, resources, and risks.
• Resolve project issues while optimizing outcomes, controlling costs, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Drive alignment, adoption, and long-term customer success through consultative guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
• 5 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects with differing timelines and limited direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and consultative client-management skills.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Behavioral health experience.
• PMP certification.
