Principal Digital Verification Engineer (DDR5)

What you will do

• Verify DDR5 data buffers against functional and performance specifications.
• Integrate and test block-level and system-level designs using UVM methodology.
• Define verification strategies, develop test plans, extract features, create tests and checkers, and drive coverage.
• Build efficient, reusable verification environments and optimize UVM-based testbenches for performance and ease of use.
• Own verification environments and assigned tools while identifying improvements to verification processes and design behavior.
• Provide technical guidance to verification engineers, collaborate with design teams, and report verification status to management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, plus 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, plus 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with digital verification of memory interface products and UVM-based system- and block-level testing.
• Experience developing verification plans, testbenches, coverage, tests, and checkers.
