HHIT Engagement Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Hingham, Massachusetts, United States; onsite administrative support is required

Salary: $29.45–$35.99 per hour, plus eligibility for variable pay

What you will do

• Make outreach calls to members with gaps in care and support adherence to HEDIS and CMS STARs measures.
• Schedule and confirm member appointments, including appointments for RN-provided screening programs.
• Contact provider offices, send and confirm receipt of faxes, and obtain current patient status information.
• Identify barriers to care, explain relevant benefits, promote available resources, and make internal or external referrals.
• Provide non-clinical support such as assisting with MyBlue registration and access to benefits.
• Document activities in required systems, meet daily productivity goals, and support medical record reviews and improvement events.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant, Certified Pharmacy Technician, or equivalent health profession experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical data, and medical records.
• Ability to obtain specific clinical information from members while meeting productivity expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience working with seniors or Medicare members.
• Experience in clinical telephonic health coaching or a call center.
