Supervisor, EHS (Safety & Environmental)

Location: hirify.global Orlando, United States; extensive walking, standing, outdoor work, and flexible opening, mid-, closing, night, weekend, and holiday shifts required

What you will do

• Oversee the Safety and Environmental team and collaborate with department leadership on EHS initiatives.
• Manage monthly safety training, maintain training records, instruct EHS training, and update training materials as needed.
• Trend and present safety-related data to leadership.
• Oversee park safety and environmental inspections and lead safety walks with park leadership.
• Assist with inspections and sampling related to water, waste, air quality, pesticides, hazardous chemicals, storage tanks, spill control, and fire suppression systems.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly inspections to maintain safety and environmental compliance.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and the ability to interpret applicable laws and regulations.
• Completion of OSHA 10 General Industry and hazardous materials awareness preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software systems, with the ability to manage confidential information.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather, walk and stand throughout the shift, climb stairs or heights, and lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
