Supervisor Ops Knowledge & Training (FEP)

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office at offices in Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, or Lewiston. Preference is given to candidates within commuting distance of Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, or Lewiston, or candidates willing to relocate.

Salary: Expected annual hiring range of $81,000–$103,500 in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho; North Dakota expected annual hiring range of $76,213–$96,095. Bonus target: 10%.

What you will do

• Lead trainers and document specialists supporting Customer Service and Claims operations.
• Develop and deliver classroom, virtual, and eLearning training programs and materials across multiple lines of business.
• Partner with Operations leadership to assess needs, set priorities, and execute knowledge and training strategies.
• Provide supervision, performance reviews, coaching, development, hiring, and retention support.
• Build stakeholder relationships, resolve escalated issues, and represent the department in cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish consistent training practices, identify continuous improvements, and support system enhancements and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communication, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six years of knowledge and/or training experience.
• Three years of leadership or supervisory experience; leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with the Federal Employee Program (FEP) line of business is required.
• Advanced knowledge of LMS platforms, course authoring software, adult learning principles, curriculum development, and eLearning design.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, consultation, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience using AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Experience leading cross-functional and remote teams and driving execution of training programs.
