Opening Services Manager

Location: North Bethesda, Maryland, United States. Hybrid schedule: office Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays.

Salary: $65,698–$77,292 per year.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of hotel opening projects from onboarding through opening, including new construction, conversions, and rebranding initiatives.
• Develop project plans, monitor milestones, and provide reporting on project progress and opening forecasts.
• Act as the primary contact for franchise owners and management companies throughout the opening process.
• Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Procurement, Design, Franchise Performance, Technology, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve obstacles, recommend solutions, and coordinate property activation, inspections, requirements, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project information and status updates in Salesforce and other company systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, hospitality, franchise operations, hotel development, or a related area.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, written communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking systems.
• Relocation assistance is unavailable, and employment visa sponsorship is not provided now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, franchising, hotel operations, or hotel development.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and project management platforms.
• Experience supporting property openings, conversions, or large-scale operational projects.
