Location: Los Angeles, California, United States. Initial hybrid model: 4 days per week in the Downtown Los Angeles office and 1 day from home; the role will later be based at assigned venues as the Games approach. Local and domestic travel is expected. does not provide relocation assistance.
Annual base salary: $88,000–$115,000.

What you will do
- Plan and coordinate technology services, spaces, equipment, and delivery requirements for one or more Olympic and Paralympic venues.
- Work with venue management, functional areas, partners, service providers, public bodies, and established venue operators to deliver fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
- Develop delivery and operations plans for test events, technology rehearsals, and Games-time operations.
- Lead technology installation, testing, handover, operational support, issue resolution, and decommissioning.
- Build and manage teams of paid staff, contractors, and volunteers, including supporting recruitment and training.
- Track technology assets, manage risks and dependencies, and provide progress, risk, and issue reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology projects or proven experience in a similar role.
- Experience leading planning, design, deployment, operational readiness, and operations in a rapid, complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, including volunteers, under strict deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Practical ability to plan, monitor, and control projects or related programs of projects.
- Proficiency in English is required. A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.

- Experience in sports, major events, or stadium operations.
